About the role
Shelby Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 60-bed facility specializing in skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. We help patients recover from strokes, accidents, or injuries in our spacious rehab gym, and provide restorative nursing, prescriptions, and care for residents at the end of their lives. We are committed to helping our residents achieve the highest level of independence and health.
Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from strokes, accidents, or injuries in our spacious rehab gym.
- Provide restorative nursing and care for residents at the end of their lives.
- Work with rehab teams and clinical specialists to develop new programs.
- Manage and operate the company with a team of therapists.
Requirements
- Current state registration/licensure or limited permit as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Ability to work on and comprehend computerized technology.
- Adhere to infection-control policies and protocols to protect patients/residents and employees.
