Physical Therapist
Job Summary
This position will provide and administer physical therapy to patients and residents in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager. Compensation
$42.00 - $47.00 per hour, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, legal, and ethical standards of practice for physical therapy as defined by the AOTA and State Practice Act
- Ensure service and operational excellence of all assigned activities to meet or exceed expectations of those utilizing or impacted by the rehab department
- Conduct initial patient examinations, evaluations, and create initial plans of care for each patient, revising as necessary
- Create and maintain patient records for each treatment session
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited education course in physical therapy
- CPR Certification preferred
- Licensed in the state in which they will be practicing
- Not excluded or sanctioned from state or federal programs
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Proficient administrative and communication skills within the department and facility
- Thorough knowledge of physical therapy principles, methods, materials, and equipment
- Working knowledge of multidisciplinary practice scopes in outpatient, ALF, ILF, or LTC settings
- Knowledge of all payer source documentation and payment requirements
- Ability to use analytical skills to develop outcome-driven solutions
- Prior experience with EMR/computers
