Compensation and Benefits

• Up to $105,000 Total Compensation (Salary + Bonus, Commensurate with Experience)
• Up to $10,000 annual performance bonus paid quarterly
• Signing Bonus (negotiable) paid out first paycheck

• Funding available for CME: $1,000 annual Continuing Education allowance

Responsibilities and Facility Details

• Outpatient clinic with an Orthopedic focused patient population
• Enjoy an optional 4-day work week with an excellent work-life balance
• Dedicated time for quality patient care: 60-minute evaluations with 30 minutes follow-ups
• Opportunity to establish and grow a smaller clinic while providing exceptional patient care with autonomy

Qualifications and Skills

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Experience in OP setting a plus – manual therapy knowledge and experience
• Seeking a team-oriented clinician with a passion for patient care and leadership skills
