Job Overview

Delaware Orthopaedic Specialists is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join their growing outpatient team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a clinician-owned, physician-integrated practice that prioritizes collaboration, evidence-based care, and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed physical therapy evaluations to assess function and mobility
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
• Track and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Required)
• Active Physical Therapy License in Delaware (Required)
• Strong understanding of anatomy and musculoskeletal rehab
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Pay & Schedule

$90,000–$115,000 annual salary, based on experience
Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends!)

Work Environment

Medical Specialty: Orthopedics
Setting: In-person outpatient clinics
Relocation: Required prior to start date (if not local)
