Responsibilities

• Assessing patients' physical abilities and developing treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic exercises and interventions
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and needs

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Mexico
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients and their families
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of common orthopedic conditions and treatments
