About the role
This full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday) position includes early shifts on Mon, Wed, and Fri (8-hour shifts with flexible start times) and late days on Tue and Thurs (flexible start times with coverage until 6–7 PM). The schedule is partially flexible and will be reviewed further during the interview process.
You’ll have up to 40 minutes of personalized, one-on-one patient care, allowing for individualized treatment that goes beyond the industry standard. AI clinical documentation support is provided to reduce after-hours charting, so work stays at work. Dedicated Therapy Aides assist with patient care, empowering you to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice).
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- CPR and first aid certification required.
- Prior clinical experience in any setting, with demonstrated experience treating both adult and pediatric populations (no new grads).

Pay
$90K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
