Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Track clinical outcomes to support patient progress.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards.

- Licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.

$80,000–$100,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
