Responsibilities

• Apply your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• Comfortable treating a broad range of general outpatient orthopedic conditions; pediatric experience is preferred.
• Open to both new graduates and experienced therapists.

Pay

$86K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.

Schedule

Full-time (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week) with two mandatory evening shifts per week. Flexible set days based on clinic need, to be discussed during the interview process.
