Responsibilities
- Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice).
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- CPR and first aid certification required.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; candidates with interest in other populations or specializations are also encouraged to apply.

Pay
$85K–$112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
Schedule
Full-time (Mon–Fri; 40 hours per week). Likely two evenings per week may be required, but schedule flexibility can be discussed during the interview.
