In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Review patients' medical history
  • Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
  • Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
  • Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed

Requirements

  • Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island

Pay

$80,000–$100,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
