Responsibilities
- Evaluating, treating, and restoring patient function to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
- Providing therapeutic interventions and monitoring patient progress.
- Educating patients and families on recovery goals and treatment processes.
- Documenting evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
- Collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, licensing, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate).
- Current state Physical Therapy license.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification, maintained regularly.
