Responsibilities
- Screens patients/residents and evaluates them to develop appropriate care plans
- Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with established plans of care
- Contributes to the team meeting and decision-making process
- Consults with and trains patients, residents, and caregivers
- Demonstrates knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations
- Communicates effectively with patients, residents, team members, customers, and supervisors
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree, Master of Science or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Must possess an active and unencumbered PT license in Massachusetts
- Newly licensed therapists welcome to apply
