About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic care team at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Marlborough.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload
- Participate in the clinical team process and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans
- Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers, and supervise therapy assistants and students
- Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis and document activities according to company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients, residents, families, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service and care
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree, Master of Science or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Appropriate licensing requirements by individual states must be maintained
- Two (2) years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Able to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Able to articulate and comprehend the English language
- Availability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
