About the role

As a Physical Therapist at Rosewalk Village Lafayette and Williamsport Nursing, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our physical therapists utilize their clinical skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with residents and families.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
  • Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
  • Support a respectful and positive work environment through strong interpersonal communication.
  • Lead the care team to exceed the needs of our residents.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Indiana.
  • Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
