Physical Therapist

A full-time position based in Columbia County, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function.
• Provide interventions and conduct reexaminations at least every 30 days.
• Modify interventions as necessary and perform discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of assignment.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program (CAPTE-accredited).
• One year of related physical therapy experience for those entering home health care (exceptions may apply with regional clinical leader approval, mentoring, or residency program participation).
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Attractive hourly pay ranging from $64.00 to $80.00, varying by location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
