Physical Therapist

Role: Licensed Physical Therapist providing personalized in-home and senior living care to older adults in the Greater Boston area. Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to support mobility, independence, and overall wellness. Document patient progress in electronic medical records, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place. Utilize telehealth and virtual care when appropriate to enhance access and flexibility. Qualifications & Skills: Valid PT license, degree from an accredited program, proficiency in EMR and basic computer skills, current CPR certification, and physical ability to perform in-home care tasks including lifting, repositioning patients, and driving.
