Position

Physical Therapist (Full-Time - Covington)

About the Role

Riverbend Physical Therapy, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is growing and looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team. Our mission is patient first—always, guided by four values: Put People First, Lead with Integrity, Treat with Compassion, and Build Lasting Relationships.

Why You’ll Love Practicing Here

  • Competitive pay and individual bonus plan
  • Generous PTO that respects your life outside the clinic
  • Transparent expectations and ethical care delivery
  • Individualized care plans and realistic caseloads
  • Time to truly connect with patients
  • Strong collaboration within the clinic and meaningful connections with patients and referral partners

Additional Benefits

  • AGILE EMR built by Physical Therapists — less charting, more face-to-face care
  • Unlimited CEU budget + MedBridge access to support evidence-based practice
  • Structured, customized mentorship — not a “figure it out on your own” culture
  • Clinical Leadership Pathway (CORE) for PTs who want to grow without leaving patient care
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k)

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care
  • Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care
  • Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes
  • Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
  • Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPMS
  • Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist
  • Commitment to patient-first, integrity-driven care
  • Compassionate mindset and desire to build long-term patient relationships
  • Interest in growing clinically and professionally within a supportive team

Balanced Expectations

  • Ability to assist patients with transfers and mobility
  • Prolonged standing, walking, and use of hands for treatment and documentation
  • Ability to lift or move patients as needed (reasonable accommodations available)
