About the role

Back In Motion Physical Therapy is a clinic within Alliance Physical Therapy Partners that is growing and seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their clinician-led team. The clinic is committed to putting people first, leading with integrity, treating with compassion, and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPMS
• Serve as a mentor and leader to students or teammates when appropriate

Requirements

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist
• Commitment to patient-first, integrity-driven care
• Compassionate mindset and desire to build long-term patient relationships
• Interest in growing clinically and professionally within a supportive team

Qualifications

• Balanced Expectations: You'll manage your schedule effectively while maintaining high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to assist patients with transfers and mobility, prolonged standing, walking, and use of hands for treatment and documentation, ability to lift or move patients as needed (reasonable accommodations available).
