Physical Therapist

About the role

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Physical Therapist position. This role offers in-house program services within a welcoming, slower-paced community environment that focuses on holistic care with a strong emphasis on prevention.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required.
• Follow residents across the full continuum of care, including inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services.
• Make clinically driven, patient-centered treatment decisions that guide all programs and care plans.
• Participate in positive leadership philosophy that encourages input into programming, systems, and creative idea sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)

Pay and Schedule

The starting rate will vary based on skills and experience, with a range of $76,385.00 - $96,267.00 per year.
