Physical Therapist

Role: Provides medically prescribed physical therapy to patients with injuries or musculoskeletal conditions to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability. Responsibilities: Evaluates participants, develops and administers treatment plans, documents progress, and adjusts programs as needed. Communicates with team members, physicians, families, and community resources to ensure effective care. Attends meetings, contributes to team discussions, and participates in staff training and orientations. Writes service summaries, maintains documentation, and performs related duties. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, state licensure, and preferably one year of experience. Supervises PTAs and interns as required. Must have the ability to perform physical tasks involving exertion and travel as needed. Skills & Abilities: Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical evaluation skills. Knowledge of professional standards, confidentiality, and documentation requirements.
