Must be a licensed PTA to apply* We are a vibrant community that offers every level of care to accommodate the needs of our senior citizens. Our campus offers assisted and independent living apartments, subacute and long-term inpatient nursing care. We bring the “west side” at its best to residents, with events for all guests and families.
