Under our Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE!) model, you control your caseload while we provide the skills and tools to succeed. This role offers autonomy over your time, income, and work-life balance—whether you want to keep your skills sharp with part-time work or replace a second job with higher earnings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent outpatient orthopedic care.
• Manage your schedule and patient load based on your weekly and hourly capacity.
• Use efficient documentation and scheduling systems to minimize administrative time.

Pay

Up to $20 per completed visit.

Schedule

• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Options: Full Time (30-40 hours) or Part Time (1-29 hours).

Requirements

• Active or pending Physical Therapist Assistant license in Tennessee (or eligible).
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program (or upcoming graduate).
