Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services to guests by assisting in the treatment, program planning and implementation
• Assist in related documentation and communication
• Function under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
• Instruct patients and family members in home programs and activities of daily living

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant licensure
• A minimum of 1 years experience in a Skilled Nursing setting preferred
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR certification required
