About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team and provide care for a diverse patient population across PAM Health’s 80+ hospital locations. The role involves direct patient care in an inpatient setting, with opportunities to develop and expand services throughout the system.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Plan and implement individualized treatment programs according to Physical Therapy principles and practices.
• Contribute to the further development of PT services within the organization.
• Adapt to the needs of multiple facilities, demonstrating flexibility across the system.

Requirements

• Current PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• One year of clinical experience preferred; prior inpatient hospital experience is a plus, though candidates with a strong desire to learn are also considered.
• Preferred specialty certifications: Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke, and Vestibular.
