Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - PRN Days | Beaumont Rehab

About the role

PAM Health is seeking PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join a team that cares for chronically and critically ill patients across more than 80 hospital locations. The PTA works under the direction of a Physical Therapist, providing direct patient care and implementing individualized treatment programs in accordance with Physical Therapy principles and PAM Health’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of physical therapy services.
• Adapt to assignments across multiple facilities as needed.

Requirements

• Current PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• One year of clinical experience preferred, with a focus on inpatient hospital settings or a demonstrated commitment to learn.

Schedule

This is a PRN (as‑needed) position offering a flexible schedule to suit your lifestyle. A minimum of two weekends per month is required, and a shift differential is available.
