Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA - PRN

About the role

Responsible for leading product development initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product features and specifications
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of products
• Oversee product launches and post-launch support, addressing customer issues and gathering feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related roles
• Proven track record of successful product launches and market penetration
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various departments

Qualifications

• Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools
• Knowledge of software development processes and quality assurance practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing
