About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and adjust plans as necessary to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
  • Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and adherence to project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software such as MS Project, Asana, or similar.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks like PRINCE2 or PMP is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
