Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and adjust plans as necessary to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and adherence to project goals.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software such as MS Project, Asana, or similar.
Qualifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management frameworks like PRINCE2 or PMP is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
