What You'll Do

• Provide individualized, high-quality physical therapy treatments under the direction of the Physical Therapist
• Help residents improve strength, mobility, balance, safety, and confidence
• Support residents in maintaining their independence and quality of life
• Build meaningful relationships while supporting residents' mobility, safety, and daily function
• Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume
• Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
• Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture
• Bring compassion, professionalism, and positive energy to every interaction

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing
• A genuine passion for working with older adults
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• A commitment to providing thoughtful, high-quality care

Pay Range

$38 - $40 per hour
