About the Role

We are seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide therapy services in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Queens/Jamaica, NY.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or license eligibility to practice in the state of employment.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation.
• Ability to work well with others in a team setting.

Pay

Good Faith Rate Range: $35.00 per hour.
