Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Part-Time & Full-Time

What You'll Do

Provide individualized, high-quality physical therapy treatments under the direction of the Physical Therapist
Help residents improve strength, mobility, balance, safety, and confidence
Support residents in maintaining their independence and aging in place safely for as long as possible
Build meaningful, lasting relationships while encouraging engagement, participation, and progress
Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume
Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture

What You'll Bring

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing
• A genuine passion for working with older adults
