Your Role
Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
Treat a variety of orthopedic and post-operative conditions.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
Accurately document patient progress and communicate effectively with the clinical team.
Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Arkansas Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification, where applicable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
