Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Job
Be a key player in patient transformation at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers in McKinney, TX (near Coit & 380). We’re looking for an energetic and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who thrives in a collaborative care environment.

Our clinics specialize in balance, vestibular, and neurological rehabilitation but also treat a significant number of orthopedic patients, including post-surgical and musculoskeletal cases. As a PTA, you’ll experience a diverse caseload that builds your skills across multiple specialties. You'll work alongside seasoned Physical Therapists in a team-first culture with predominantly 1:1 patient care, modern equipment, and clear opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help execute individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
- Instruct, motivate, and assist patients during therapeutic activities
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
- Ensure documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant
- Support patient education and continuation of care at home
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Texas PTA license (or ability to obtain)
- Team-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow, especially in vestibular and balance therapy
Prefer 1+ year of outpatient experience, but new graduates are welcome to apply—we offer mentorship and hands-on clinical training.
