We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in North Muskegon, Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Accurately document patient treatments and progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning.
• Help create positive patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Michigan PTA license (or eligible for licensure).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Skilled Nursing Facility or post-acute experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
