Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - (Full-Time)

Our 120 bed skilled nursing facility is re-defining post-acute rehabilitation and long term care through clinical excellence, innovation, and compassionate service. We specialize in short-term subacute rehabilitation and long-term care, providing individualized treatment programs designed to help residents recover, regain independence and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Document progress notes and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adapt treatment methods to meet the needs of diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Average of 1-2 years of experience in physical therapy assistant roles preferred.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required.
• Associate degree from an APTA accredited program required.
