About the role

The Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing at Washington Township is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their team in Gloucester County, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and modalities
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field preferred
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
