Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy services to patients in their home based on the physician's plan of care and under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Engage in communication and case conference activities to ensure quality of care and patient safety.
- Apply sound judgment and technical skills to perform treatments and procedures in accordance with established agency protocols.
- Adhere to the Agency Code of Ethics and maintain compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Implement safety and infection control measures in all practices.
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervision.
Requirements
- Valid PTA Certification in the state of Kansas.
- Previous home health experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Must pass a Drug Test, Background Check, and Physical Exam.
