Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Key Rehab, you will:

• Implement Care Plans: Execute the patient care plan developed by the Physical Therapist (PT), ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Advance Patient Progress: Facilitate patient advancement through their treatment plan, making adjustments as directed by the PT to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance patient care, ensuring the achievement of individual goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Accredited Education (Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program), Active Licensure (Current PTA license in the state of practice), Ethical Compliance (Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations).
• Preferred Qualifications: Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills, Flexibility and Team Collaboration, Exceptional Communication, Experience with Geriatric Population, Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations.
