About the role
Key Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team in a home health setting in the Newton & Grinnell Iowa area. Weekend hours are included for a full-time position, with PRN opportunities available. Ideal schedules include Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Implement Care Plans
- Advance Patient Progress
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team
Qualifications
- Accredited Education: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Licensure: Current PTA license in the state of practice
- Ethical Compliance: Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and state/federal regulations
