Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to clients in their homes
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain client confidentiality
- Document sessions and progress reports accurately
- Participate in regular supervision meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or mental health conditions preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Passion for making a difference in people's lives
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of home healthcare regulations
