About the role
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join their dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will assist in treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists. You will ensure that every patient receives quality treatment leading to excellent functional outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
- Aid patients through all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
- Communicate with patients about their treatment plans and document their conditions and responses in charts after each session.
- Interact with Physical Therapists, Directors of Rehab, and facility staff to provide continuous communication.
- Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
