Responsibilities

• Support the physical therapy team in providing patient care
• Assist patients with exercises and treatments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed

Requirements

• Positive, reliable team player
• Tennessee PTA license
• SNF experience a plus
