About the role

We're hiring full-time and part-time home health Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in and around Lancaster to treat the adult and geriatric population. Enjoy flexible scheduling, consistent patient volume, and a therapy-first support system.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes to help them regain strength and function
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology—email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Pay

The visit rate for this role ranges from $40 to $50 per visit. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
