About the role

We are looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. At PAM Health, we care for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care across over 80 hospital locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy in the PAM Health System.
• Contribute to the further development of Physical Therapy services.
• Remain flexible to meet the needs of the system across multiple facilities.

Schedule

This PRN position offers a flexible schedule of 8–20 hours per week to suit your lifestyle.

Requirements

• PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of clinical experience preferred; candidates with a desire and commitment to learn will also be considered.
• Prior inpatient hospital experience or willingness to gain it.
