About the role
This is a contract role for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Snap Health in McKinney, TX and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Delivering quality care and ensuring optimal patient outcomes
- Providing patient care/home care in an on-site setting
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Utilizing the Snap Health mobile app to stay organized and manage your caseload efficiently
- Providing excellent patient education and support to promote optimal recovery
Qualifications
- Must be currently licensed to practice as a PTA in the STATE OF TEXAS
- Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Experience in a home healthcare setting is a plus
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using mobile apps for organizational purposes
