About the role

P4 Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing quality care and working in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans
• Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum
• Current Alabama state licensure
• Strong emphasis on excellent patient care, quality, efficiency, and outcomes
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and team-oriented nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
