Facility: Marsh Med Ctr Rice Lake, located at 1700 W Stout St, Rice Lake, WI 54868, USA. Shift: 8‑hour day shifts. Job schedule: Full time, 40 weekly hours. Salary range: $24.00‑$33.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for a sign‑on bonus. Responsibilities

• Provides, monitors and records therapy services to patients/residents with physical, cognitive, or developmental impairments
• Selects, implements, and modifies therapeutic activities and interventions consistent with demonstrated competency levels and goals
• Exchanges information with and provides documentation to the physical therapist about responses to and communications during intervention
• Follows and adheres to accepted clinical practice guidelines of professional organization

Qualifications

• Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
• Must be a graduate through an approved American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) program as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state(s) of practice
• Conforms to the supervision and licensing standards of the state(s) where services are provided
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within six months of employment
• When applicable, may require a valid driver's license

Pay

Salary range: $24.00‑$33.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for a sign‑on bonus.
