About the role
To further support the needs of the East Memphis, TN community, OrthoSouth is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant who is committed to providing a remarkable patient experience. This individual will play a key role in advancing the vision of coordinating patient-centered care with an emphasis on comprehensive evidence-based treatment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.
- Assist in the coordination of patient-centered care with physician partners.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education related to physical therapy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Support the promotion of a positive atmosphere for patient healing and a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Current or pending Tennessee PT license.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
- CPR certified.
