Role: Lead Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities Provide direct, evidence-based therapy under PT supervision to promote functional mobility, safety, and independence for senior patients in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.Mentor and support PTAs and rehab aides to ensure high-quality care and professional growth.Coordinate daily caseloads and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.Contribute to a supportive, patient-focused environment that emphasizes dignity, compassion, and continuous improvement.
