• Perform medical care in the home as assigned by a Physical Therapist.
• Help patients remain at home safely and comfortably by administering medication, feeding, and providing other care per the patient’s plan of care.
• Communicate any changes affecting the patient’s medical condition and needs with team members and family members.
• Maintain records of all tasks performed and document the patient’s overall health and behavioral status.

Requirements

• Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Current TB test with negative results.
• Ability to pass a Level II background check.
