Responsibilities

• Perform medical care in the home as assigned by a Physical Therapist.
• Help patients remain at home in a safe, comfortable, and healthy environment by performing tasks such as administration of medication, feeding, and other care as needed per the patient's plan of care.
• Communicate any changes affecting the patient's medical condition and needs with other team members and family members.
• Keep records of all tasks performed and the patient's overall health and behavioral status.

Requirements

• Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
• Current TB test with negative results.
• Ability to pass a Level II background check.
